A tour in ancient history which allows you to experience the emotions of the places where Cicero was born, with the peace of the village of Arpino and its main square in the middle of the ride. The entire road is rather difficult because from the bottom of the valley it goes up to Arpino and Santopadre, then back to the opposite side. Roccadarce and Arce are waiting for us with their breathtaking views across the Liri Valley. On the way back, you cycle across the river and the railway where the human labours had to overcome the difficulties of an inaccessible nature and where ancient history gives way to the story of more recent but equally fascinating episodes.

Isola del Liri
to be seen
The town of Isola del Liri owes its name to the fact that the inhabited centre is located on an island formed by the Liri river, which, meeting a travertine bank at the height of the Boncompagni-Viscogliosi castle, splits into two branches that form the Cascata del Valcatoio and the Cascata Grande, right in the urban area.
